Cormorant Realty is located between Big Cormorant and Pelican Lake, in the heart of Minnesota Lakes Country. We have been helping families buy and sell properties since 1994. Selling a lake home can be challenging. Lake homes are the source of many great times and cherished memories which can create a difficult transition. There may be technical issues that need to be addressed: title work, zoning certifications and contract details. Our dedicated Realtor’s will invest the time and effort necessary to make sure the entire process is completed smoothly and professionally to your satisfaction.
No Hidden Fees:
There are no “Hidden Fees” with Cormorant Realty. We do not charge any transaction, retainer or administrative fees. Our service fees for sellers are included in the broker listing commission. Our service fees for buyers are typically paid from the sellers brokerage commission. We DO NOT charge any fees when serving you as a buyers agent.
Minnesota is a strong advocate for consumer rights and has statutes to protect your rights. MINNESOTA LAW REQUIRES that early in any relationship, real estate brokers or salespersons discuss with consumers what type of agency relationship they desire.
